My grandmother had shingles a few years ago, I hope your mum's ok! :(

Shingles is horrid. I've had it, so's my dad - but when he was younger. Mum's 67, though actually, has been feeling better than she did at the beginning of the week. I'm sure she'll be fine. It's just like my family to get something like this at Xmas. :/ At least she's early!

It is really nasty. It's typical isn't it? Everyone's been worried about Swine flu. My ma and pa have been innoculated cos they're in high risk categories... and what does my mother get? Shingles! Bah!
