It really is! I can't wait for volume 2. Do you know, is it coming out as single-issue comics? Then I could read the next part without waiting for the collected graphic novel.

Oh! I just finished Midnight Riot, the first book in that series by Ben Aaronvitch. MTW, actually, recommended it to me. I liked it a lot. I was looking forward to reading book 2, and didn't know there was a book 3 now, too. I can't stop reading the Stephanie Plum books, either. They are still fun, sometimes, but often they just plod along way past when the series should have been done.

I love the Ben Aaronvitch books. Half the time I don't know what's going on and I still don't have a handle on how magic works in his alternate London, but it's all so fun and witty that I don't care. I keep hoping and hoping for more Nightengale, though -- I've said it somewhere before but I'd love a spin-off about him.

The last Stephanie Plum book I remember enjoying is Book Eleven. It changed up Stephanie's situation a lot and felt like new developments were happening. But then, yeah, it was all undone and the series is just truly disappointing now.
