9. How do you get ideas for your characters? Describe the process of creating them.

I mentioned this before, but when I was younger, I used a GURPS character creation module and I wish I still had the book, because it was awesome. I have used Holly Lisle's Character Creation Clinics, like this one and this one. I might even have paid for this

Most writing memes I've seen are focused exclusively on fanfic, and that may be what's being referenced in that second question. I wish there were more like this one--I'll probably steal it from you when I find the time. :)
