This sounds really good! Seems like I just read a review of a book in SLJ where the main character was a hunchback, but I don't remember the plot sounding like this. Certainly there can't be two YA books with hunchbacked characters??
Isn't Octavia Milkweed a fabulous name for a girl in a steampunk book?
Hmmm, I don't know what the other one would be. I can't think of any other hunchbacks either, but the SLJ review for this book sounds like the same one. In-ter-es-ting.
I loved this book and it's perfect for reluctant readers, because it's short and fast and has lots of action, but it's not superficial. Cool cover, too. And yeah, Octavia Milkweed is a great name, and it really suits her character, too. She's quite street smart and pushy. (c:
