Last thing I remembered was gently nodding off under anesthesia. Then, what felt like just moments later, I snapped awake with pain pain pain pain all over my face. That's so rad that you finally got the surgery! I can't imagine how amazing that moment must have been, when you first saw your jaw and teeth straight for the first time in who knows how long! Congratulations on finally getting the surgery! Here's to a speedy and not-totally-painful recovery!

Hey Rachel--Sounds like you went on quite ride. Sucks to be in hospital, but by the sound of ur results, it was worth it I suppose. I hope you get well soon. As I read ur post, it almost sounded similar to my recent hospital visit. Someone constantly at your side helping you. The pain, in and out of consciousness, I really do hope you get better soon. Drink ur fluids, and plenty of rest. I'll be making another hospital visit soon- oi. Once again, get well soon--big huggs.
