I'm so glad you like this! and it's great to hear that Korse reads as evil - ponies don't really lend themselves to that sort of thing, after all.
I figured that an epic mane an tail were a good pony equivalent of wearing a ruffled shirt, waistcoat and frockcoat in the desert. :)

Funny thing, that was my first thought when the flist suggested a Korse pony. And it's a horrifying thought. But then the visual of a black and white monster movie 'do with vampire stripes and a widow's peak drifted through my mind. And thank you. :D
It's definitely two of the three listed possibilities. :D

Sure! That will be all sorts of fun. But I have to complete this series first - if I let myself get distracted, I won't finish it. So there are five more ponies to go. I just wrote this down in my Book of Projects, but please remind when I finish the Killjoys, okay?

No no, I squee'd over your pony because it's delightful. The pony idea had been floating around in the background for years [since 2009, I think], but I hadn't really intended to get involved in a full-on pony project. But it's making my dear friends happy, so...

Yeah, I'm doing the rest of the Killjoys, show Pony and the Kid. It's a good time. :)
Quite a bit. There's some serious time involved in those, and they've gotten a great deal of visibility [they came up in conversation lst time I was entertaining thoughts of My Little Bandom Ponies.] The blank ponies aren't very expensive - heck, you can get G1 ponies on Esty for 6.00 or so - but again, there's a lot of additional sculpting there.
