Friday's fist-full of white pebbles

There are a couple of crows that keep swooping past the nearest window. It's something that registers at the corner of my vision - swift jagged black forms set against a grey landscape, gone before I can direct my full attention toward the movement. I don't know what the Cousins are up to, but they've kept a smile on my lips all morning.

Hey I have to read everything Rilke ever wrote for class this week. What a coincidence! (or maybe your ghosts are cheating on you with my professor).

I love you. That is all.

Hmmm... the timing on this Rilke thing is pretty suspicious. Interesting...

...maybe your ghosts are cheating on you with my professor. That would certainly explain the conversational silences in the wee hours here.

Aside from the quoted lines I posted, this snip -still suffused with brilliance - is poking at me. It loops up with the memory/memorial/remember/re-membering thought train that's loitering around from yesterday. There's still a missing piece, a gap where there should be a connection [I have a feeling that idealism is what's missing. :P. Thankfully, idealism is my personal 'but the cat came back', so I'm not too worried.] Keeping the spirit light burning? I dunno... we'll see.

I love you. That is all.
And that is more than enough - what else is necessary? :D I love you too.

Good luck!

It's never too early for Halloween.

I always enjoy your crow talk.

Did I ever link you to the popslash AU story that has JC and Chris as shape-changing raven cousins? Not crows I know, but close. Or maybe Turlough has. It's one of my favourite stories.

*smiles* It might be slightly weird around Easter, but otherwise I agree.

The Cousins do keep things interesting - or at least they are good at drawing attention. Raven shapeshifting popslash?! Hmmm... this sounds familiar, though I might be thinking of the MCR AU bit which has Frank as a Shapeshifting raven. Oh and ravens are very important to me - crows are family, but ravens are *me*. [Hopefully that makes sense.]

Speaking of a season of ghosts and remembrances, I had a dream with you in it this morning.

Hmm... yeah, it's definitely the right time of year for such things. :)
