oh wow. yes. THAT is story telling. one of my favorite since the beginning of April I think.

and you know what? I'm reading a lot on Norse mythology lately, and I saw echoes of it here. (mostly building something with bones and all) weird huh?

\o/ I can't tell you how excited I am by *your* excitement! Maj is pretty darn amazing - and even *better* in person. He has the same ability that Garrison Keillor does, to draw people close and create intimate space with his voice.

And OMG yes! I can see echoes of Norse mythology here too! The rib of bone actually makes me think of Baba Yaga first, though her fence was of skulls.

ohh right Baba Yaga! right on!

speaking of Norse mythology, does that interest you? do you know it a bit? I assume you do, but it could be false preconception that you know LOTS and LOTS of cool things! :)

Oh no! I have a rep!

*laughs*

Um... actually, yes. I know a lot about Norse mythology. So... I'd happily chat about such things with you, if you'd like. :)

And what is it, with you Canadigans that you dig the Norse pantheon?!
