Promising title!
Garak was his little ja'faress, and Tervek had come to the conclusion that sexually possessing him was the next logical step.
Why, of course it's the logical conclusion! Who wouldn't want to sexually possess Garak?

For some reason, this line so far has established Tervek as a character the best, in my humble opinion. That sentence-part immediately paints him as classy yet horribly decadent and slightly creepy, by being so callus and calculating and formulating himself in such a refined manner about having a one-night-stand with the hired help, merely to make sure he wasn't hallucinating his attraction to his co-worker. A+
He’d had no doubt that getting Garak under him would be a challenge, but oh, what a worthy challenge!
