Alternatives to PayPal

I have a list of online money-handlers on my Crowdfunding Economics page.  Based on a request, I've updated the entry with a summary of features for each service, citing what I could readily find on their websites.  Many of them are not good about listing what they do, but at least this is a start ( Read more... )

I use https://www.dwolla.com/ though I haven't actually GOTTEN any donations via it yet.

I'd like to suggest, as some similar sites do, the inclusion of reviews for each of these services (if anyone reading this has tried any of them). Some of them aren't useful for non-USA peoples, some aren't any good for non-Euro peoples, some have rather particular usage requirements, some have seedy reputations, and so on.

I agree that reviews would be useful. While some of the sites put their features in an obvious place, most of them were pretty awful about listing the things that a potential user might want to know. If folks want to review the money-handling sites, that would be terrific. They can be tagged with "review" here and I can link them on my Crowdfunding Economics page.
