Loke had been simply playing hide and seek in the hallways. of course, playing hide and seek with oneself always proved difficult, but he still managed to have fun for some reason.
He was heading down the stairs, having trouble finding himsef this time as he looked up and saw the man standing there. He blinked, tilting his head a bit before he smiled widly and hurried down the stairs and over to him. "Hello hello hello!!"
Tintin turned to face the man talking to him, unable to hide his surprise at such an enthusiastic greeting from a total stranger. Nonetheless, he was pleased to find someone, and this fellow definitely seemed friendly enough.
"Oh, hello there," Tintin replied, smiling. "I'm Tintin. Professor Calculus invited me to write a story about his work here. Did the Professor send you to greet me for him?"
"Professor?" he smiled warmly still. "What is a 'professor'? " He smiled wide. "I am Loke! Welcome to.. um.... the big... what was it called again." He silenced a bit, deep in thought.
"CASTLE! Yes! That is the word! Welcome to the Castle! The notes are lies. Everyone is captured, wait, no, trapped here!" He of course said this just as enthusiastic.
Blinking, Tintin tried to think of the best way to describe that. "Well, er... a professor's an expert in something," he tried, caught off guard by the question. It wasn't what he'd been expecting, that was for sure.
"The notes are lies?" Tintin looked horrified at that revelation, though he'd known there was something suspicious just as soon as he'd arrived. "Great snakes! So the Captain was right."
It was too late to regret it now, but he wished he'd listened all the same. He knew the Captain would worry if he wasn't able to get in contact with him soon, and he felt terrible for leaving him like he had. The Captain and poor old Snowy. "Is there no way we can get in contact with anyone outside this castle? There must be a way we can alert the authorities somehow."
