Well, Heinlein is my all time favorite, but as he's on your list...

I'm currently reading Patricia Briggs: "Moon Called." VERY well-written, involving modern day werewolves & pack politics, a subtle vampire, the fey folk, and the main character, Mercedes, who is a mechanic that can shape-shift into a coyote. I'm about halfway through, and I'm already anticipating the sequal.

Next on my list is The Devil Wears Prada. Mom bought it for me because she heard it was humorous, and she thought I could use a laugh.
