just noting that the comm mod/scanner said you can find chapter 20 at niji_forest! i found it here *^* you must join to see it, there's also a loooot of great notes and details/theories posted to the comm if you're intersted in the series beyond just reading it.
the translator said they'll be translating all future chapters, but that they have to go on a hiatus so they won't be able to do anything related to karneval until October.
