finally! what i thought of the film el presidente

Aw, I said I’d post the El Presidente review on Monday and it’s Thursday around here already. It’s been a really busy week at work, and I get so sick of sitting and staring at a computer all day long that when I get home, I try to do something else, like read a book. Pretty much everything I was thinking throughout the whole movie, except I think I laughed at too many parts that weren't supposed to be laughed at, haha. Periodic movies are definitely something I want to explore more, though I do hope that they will be more fair to both sides of the story in future endeavors.

The stroke scene went on a little too long, I think, but I was totally *O*!!!!! at the big reveal over who the third lady was. I think that redeemed that movie a little for me. It was cliche but I really liked it, very fitting. ;w;

Hehe, we were giggling all throughout too, mainly because of the bad makeup of some actors (i.e. Alicia Mayer as the old lady lolol).

You're right! He had too many death scenes! I was wishing he'd just die already haha. And yeah, I went OOOOH too with the third lady. It was such a Hetalia moment. :D
