At Lv.30, your characters learn the "Special" AD Skill, which allows them to execute a Mystic Arte/Hi-Ougi in Over Limit mode (for Anise/Natalia/Luke/Guy, by holding down X during an Arcane Arte; for Jade/Tear, by casting a High-level spell). Until then, it's...pretty much only good for knocking down bosses, heh! And maybe a slight temporary damage cut, I can't remember.

Yeah, before level 30, it's useful as a one-time get-out-of-combo free pass or for breaking enemy spellcasters, but it's nothing amazing. It's for the Mystic Artes later that you'll really want them for.

For enhancement, I'd say not very. If you're a power-gamer, I'd go ahead and take a look at some AD Skill lists and start planning. There's a good one here if you skip to that section. As far as ENH is concerned... I really don't care it's abilities, unless you're prepared to work your way for Angel's Tear and Glory:

Name: Angel's Tear
Learned: P. DEF - 60, F. DEF - 60, ENH - 50
Description: A guaranteed chance of reviving once per battle.
Name: Glory
Learned: P. DEF - 60, F. DEF - 60, AGL - 50, ENH - 60
Description: Prevents staggering from any enemy attack except Mystic Artes.

True, I do miss the battle comments. Strangely, the UnDub seems to have very little variation (at least when it comes to the victory screen comments). I always seem to get the same one or two!
