fic: Never Assume Anything (1-5/?)

This is a fic I started over a year ago and and I have to sheepishly admit that the muse just wasn't willing to cooperate for ages.  I've managed to beat out another chapter and I'm hoping the next update will be quite soon.  Let me know what you all think *grins*  feedback does, after all, feed the muse!
