I HATE people that assume that when there is a sign with a percentage, that it implies that there is a magical reduction off of what's already printed on it. I have to constantly iterate to each guest that asks that dumb question "Each red sticker has a 'was' price, and a 'now' price, which is what it'll ring up at.

I know it's a recession but PLEASE don't throw bitchfits to scam us into discounts!

When it says "remnants 50% off" it means it will take that much off of what it rings up as.

Our remnant labels show this:

How much fabric there is (half a yard or .5), how much it is a yard (2.99 for example).

Then we do the math for you and tell you that if you were to buy this piece at regular price, no sale or anything it would be x.xx dollars. Then we divide that number in half to get the remnant price.

Dumbass thought it was 50 off the already reduced price even though I told her that the slip says "regular price, you pay." Um no, you are not getting an extra 50 off the reduced price because you can't read.
