Something about all this just seems eerie for a carnival...or maybe this is normal? After all, I've never been to one before.
While deep in that thought, she stopped abruptly to avoid nearly walking into someone.

"You okay, cutie?"

She blinked. It almost sounded like something Xigbar would come up with.
"Ah...yes." she murmured. "I was day dreaming. Sorry about that."
She smiled awkwardly.

He tilts his head, every inch the kindly older brother, gestures for her to come with him. "Come on, newbies need to stick together, right?"

At least that was what those faceless creeps told her, all bright smiles and sunshine. It sent a cold shiver down her spine as she looked around, not knowing if people were staring at her or not. It was worse than being in the Abyss, worse than having to dredge the murky waters of that world in search of an exit. In here... And without her weapons...
Lotti gritted her teeth as she sat on one of the park benches, fingers fiddling with the cuff she wore.
Despite all the confidence oozing out of her when she decided to face that mirror, she was for once uncertain. And it killed her, being uncertain. Not being in control. And Vincent! Vincent was not at all helpful.
She wanted to murder the guy but no, he was useful.
And thus, there she was, in the happiest place on Wonderland. Pondering about thoughts of murder and how to get out of this place alive.

And voila. He knew this girl - hmmm.
A couple of minutes after Loki spots Lotti, there's going to be a can of soda thrust into her face, by a grinning man in a rather loud purple suit.
"Yo, girlie. You're looking down!"

A can shoved into her face and a creeper calling her 'girlie'.
But she knew who it was, just from the tone of the voice and the name he just called her. Who else would it be but that guy who was hitting on her over the mirror? And it confirmed her thoughts as she looked up and glared at this guy. Obviously having fun invading her privacy.
"Just because it said the 'Happiest place on Wonderland' doesn't mean I need to play along."

Loki needed no invitation to collapse next to her on the bench, setting the can down near to her and popping open one of his own. He remembered this girl because she called him boy, and he'd gone far too long for someone to call him that without justification. Perhaps she was older than she looked...?
"Don't frown like that, grandma," he joked, drinking from his soda. "You'll get wrinkles."
