I've seen therapy fics, but usually post trauma events. This is different and real sweet. :)
And yet there is that unprocessed moment in the darkened office. "Oops, occupied!" Makes one wonder that this is how Maura thinks of "regular" close friendships.

I hope you continue to write R&I stories because your writing is lovely and your grasp on Jane and Maura is really good. (I totally laughed out loud at Maura asking if Jane knew what a primary orbital rhabdomyosarcoma was -- totally copy and pasted that btw -- and Jane answering "Some kind of spaceship?" Spot on.)
