Ah, that was the 2006 list - sadly Lucius has fallen in the ratings since the Azkaban fiasco. I suspect the goblins foreclosed. Or possibly Artemis Fowl (who entered the list this year - and is, at least, another Brit) pulled a raid on the Malfoy vault? (Now there's a crossover...)

ETA. Ah, check on Forbes drop-offs 08 reveals that it was those cauldron futures...
