I never thought about Dean/Luna at all before DH, but they won me over with Dean taking Luna's hand as they went into battle together. I think they make a kind of a perfect odd couple- Dean is like, the most normal character and Luna is one of the most unique.

I'm glad you liked the dance! The wedding, particularly the dance, was one of the parts I'd had planned before I started the fic, so glad that went over well:)

I thought about Neville, as I had liked the idea of him and Luna at one point as well. But I also like the idea of him as a professor, or future professor, and I don't know if a relationship with Luna would fit into that, since I don't really see HER being a teacher, lol. Like I said above, I really like the idea of Luna and Dean as the odd couple, and it's a chance to flesh out the little known about Dean.

Awww! I love this review:) I promised you I'd write it after all, lol, so I'm glad it's living up to your expectations.

I really did wonder what to do with Luna when I sat down to map the story. I love her, I want her to have the right guy. Prior to DH, I was waffling between Ron and Neville, and even after DH I wondered. I decided on Dean for a few reasons, and one big one will come to light soon enough;) Dean's little speech doesn't only affect Harry in this chapter. I'll also give Demelza more of her own personality a little later, so it's clear Ron ended up with someone he can really be with as well.

Totally agree with what everyone has been saying. This is one of the best, if not the best fanfic I've ever read!

I love that you're taking it slow with HHr and letting them see their feelings slowly and naturally. It's the HHr way!

And I was with Jacky, I thought I'd want R/L, but the way you've written it, I can totally see D/L, and it's awesome!

LOVED the wedding scene! Can't wait for more!
