There'll be more Lupin lamenting, either in the next chapter or the one after. I went and got myself thoroughly depressed reading passages out of PoA, OotP, and DH the other day. Why, why, WHY?:(:( Why couldn't ONE Marauder have made it?

That was fantastic. The ending of the chapter was perfect, so very them, you know?

And thank God Harry isn't starting to have a "monster in his chest" LOL You write them getting closer and closer exactly like I would've pictured it.

I can't see Harry and Ginny exploding, the same way I can't see Ron and Hermione fizzling out. I hate the relationships being compared, even though I don't like either one- polar opposites, really.

Hee. I love Harry. And I know exactly how frustrating it is trying to cheer someone up and failing miserably.

Harry’s relieved smile was worth the effort it took to speak the words.

I didn't expect to enjoy Ron/Hermione as much as I did in this chapter. I really like they're friendship, especially now that they're both more mature. “Please don’t send a flock of birds at me.” LMAO. And you kept mocking this incident throughout the whole chapter. You are awesome.

And Harry's jealous! HA. For just one second, she saw the flash of darker green in his eyes. I loved the symbolism there. Very cool ( ... )

I haaaaaaaaaaated the birds thing. HATE. I don't think I had a serious problem with RHr, even if I didn't particularly care about them, until that entire mess. He's blaming her for some kissing that happened two years ago, the brilliant and big hearted Hermione is sending BIRDS at him...just a hot mess. I only REALLY dislike RHr if I feel it's dragging Hermione down, who's usually so intelligent and a female character to admire. Ron's always a little immature, lol, sometimes it's irritating and sometimes it's part of his charm, but Hermione doesn't need to be behaving like that.

I've already written a fair amount of the next chapter- there'll be more George than we've seen so far and therefore more mentions of Fred.
