If I may ask, what's your exercise routine?

3 times a week, one hour. 30 minutes of cardio, (usually rowing and steps), 15 minutes of muscle training, 15 minutes of running. Why do you ask?

Mostly I was asking if there was any resistance training (it sounds like there is). That tend to get overlooked by people on diets, which is a shame -- if you build muscle and then keep using it, that muscle will burn more fat just by existing.

My fitness goals are very different from yours, so I don't have anything useful to add. Just curiosity on my part.
