I have officially completed a lifes dream and seen a shuttle launch in person.

It really was mindblowing. I was amazed and how tiny the tower was, then how HUGE the shuttle looked as it just cleared the tower even though they're the same size. Perspective is everything.

Nice, what a great experience. I'm always amazed at how sharp of an angle the shuttle takes off at. I remember seeing this picture for the first time and thinking "WOW" because the darn thing is going almost at a 45 degree angle.
