If it's any consolation, it may be fake, though the source is a confirmed and reliable spoiler provider and OP (unlike Naruto and Bleach), almost never get fake spoilers posted (One Piece gets fake spoilers maybe once or twice a year while Naruto gets at least 6 fake spoilers every week).

It's unlikely, though. The premier OP fan forum is split down the middle, everyone gearing up to change their sigs for a month in a bet over whether this is fake or real.

Oh, there've been some great Naruto fake spoilers. Only a few weeks ago there was this big thing about the 4th coming back and explaining what happened to Naruto's mom, a flashback scene with Sarutobi, and an explanation of why he did what he did.
