New Secondary PC - HELP!!!!!

Okay, so I have a challenge. I have no idea what to write as a secondary PC backup for when I can't play Roxy.

Soooo....

I ask you, my loyal readers to do the following:

Come up with a concept. A Clan, Cov, Concept, Name, etc.

Something YOU would like to see me play....

Go forth and conquer.
