Oh yes, me too. GLC is where I feel in love with the character, this panel is where the lust started tapping on my shoulder, and then I went back to GLC to drool some more. Patrick Gleason is going to be in artist's alley at San Diego Comic Con--I am currently planning my entire Preview Night experience around getting to his booth early enough to get a full color commission from him. *grins*

I confess, I haven't read any of JLI. Just I Can't Believe It's Not the Justice League. I've been told that the JLI trades are a bit hard to read if you have a sensitive embarrassment squick and are a Guy fan.

I <3 that scene so very much! In large part because he wasn't the only person who had irritated Mary, but he was the only person to apologize. Guy may be a jerk a lot of the time, but he's one of very few characters I can think of in comics who is willing to admit he's wrong and try something a different way later.
