the Tiny Army, it grows and diversifies

I know, I know, I post pictures of the these guys as if they were my kids. I can't help it!

Anyway, when I got back from Disney there was an addition to the Tiny Army...

Three large images under the cut )

Very funny considering the Disney-buys-Marvel thing. XD

(Oh, think you and/or tartary_lamb would be interested in checking out the Comic Con at Heritage Hall Sun, Sept 13?)

*grins* I know! You have to wonder...are the Marvelites welcoming the aliens, or preparing to attack? *g*

I am tentatively interested. I believe tartary_lamb is as well, but you may have already heard from her. I'm a few days behind.

I think the aliens are just buying them out instead of attacking. XD

Sure, let me know! I have some lack of funds for comics as well, but it's nice to check out, and they do have those bargain bin comics so I figured I might be able to find cheap reading material.

Aw, adorable! In an invading-force kind of way, of course.

I love seeing pictures of the Tiny Army, and in fact I broke down and bought my first Super Hero Squad pack tonight partly because of these pictures. They're just so cute! I don't have any plans for an army of my own, but I couldn't resist a miniature Iron Man and Spider Woman.

They are the cutest alien army ever. *grins*

Welcome to the dark side! :-D My work here is done just begun. You tell yourself you only want one or two, but this is the beginning of a slippery slope! I swore I only wanted one of each of the original Avengers. But they came packaged with other people, and they were so cute and...yeah, I was doomed.

Well, I'm not going to have that problem. I bought one more pack, but that was the absolute last one I'll buy, see? ;-) I had to get it so Tony could hang with Steve and Jessica Drew could hang with Carol Danvers. Now I'm all done! I'm not even browsing, nope!

I can't decide whether or not I envy you your self-control. *grins* On the one hand, you're saving a lot of money and shelf space. On the other hand, I do love the Tiny Army!

Considering Disney now owns Marvel there should be mingling and the aliens are the perfect addition to the Tiny Army.

After the current set up, I'm looking forward to doing a whole series of scenes, many of which will have aliens mingling such that they are peeking out from the most random places. *grins*

Dear God, that army is anything but tiny!!

Hee! Well, of course, the "Tiny" refers to their size, not their numbers. *grins*

*is so proud of the Army*

Too much fun! Now I want an army of aliens... must add this to my list that also includes a bright red (preferrably full size) devil duck.

The aliens were only $14 USD (at Disneyland) for a bucket of 25. Very reasonable. *grins*

Also, oooh, devil duck! Personal meaning, or just fun?

partly just for fun, and partly to put in plain view when I am having one of those "piss off and leave me alone" or "warning, subject may explode for no specific reason"

Ahh, the non-text based warning sign, it rewards people with brains. LOL.
