Multi-Fandom Crossover Posting Poll

Mar 17, 2007 10:28

I'm at a rockhound show with nothing to do but be online (and read and edit and write, but still). Prepare for OODLES OF POSTS. *grins* And also replies to all those comments and e-mails I owe folks.

Anyway, we begin today with a poll. Why? Because I'm indecisive and have nothing else to do.

I'd encourage you to post in all three fandom communities.

I've found new shows/fandoms through crossovers like this. You never know who you might tempt into the fold.

You never know who you might tempt into the fold.

This is a good point. And anyone I can lure into any of the three shows (although Heroes doesn't really need it) is good.

Although mostly, I'm just a feedback slut. *g*

Dude. It's porn. Anyone who likes Nathan Petrelli or Jim Profit is probably going to jump at the chance of Adrian Pasdar x 2 smut anyway, whether or not Tony's there.

:P

*laughs* Hey, I'm bored, and polls are fun. *g*

Really, I was hoping for more feedback by now, but I did post on a Friday night. I ought to know better.

How about this: Post the whole story in Fandom B (since it's the focus) and post a link and synopsis in Fandoms A & C so people know it's there. ;-)

Heh. I pretty much allowed myself to be talked into posting it in all places. I am, after all, a slut for the feedback. *g* Of course, I also just outright asked the mod of one of the comms if it was suitable for that community, which does take the guesswork out of it!

:D Lots of ticky boxes YAY!!!

Ok - 'other' because you'd want to post in all three fandoms, but really only if you know there is an appropriate audience in fandom A and C who won't mind that their fandom isn't the focus and will still appreciate the fic for what it represents.

*facepalm* That made no sense.

I know how you folks love the ticky. *grins*

And I think I know what you meant. But I've pretty much let myself be convinced to post it everywhere. *g* I'm a slut for the feedback and I have very little shame about it!
