“I envy people who drink - at least they know what to blame everything on.” - Oscar Levant

There are many good reasons for drinking,
One has just entered my head-
If a man doesn't drink when he's living,
How the hell can he drink when he's dead? It's St. Patrick's Day, and Lord knows I could do with a pub crawl. Still, I have a job to do and a long way to travel before I can find peace. I feel like I practically live in airports lately ( Read more... )

At least I'm bringing you back a couple of prizes? And it's not really babysitting, I just want someone to make sure he eats something.

Thank you.

Prizes? Ohhh I like the sound of that.

As long as he doesn't try to make me eat five pounds of eggs again. I think I hate eggs now.

I figured you might, and I promise nothing cheesy. Well, one thing is kind of cheesy, but you'll dig it.

He goes a little overboard sometimes, but don't we all? Besides, eggs are good for you.

Whenever you want it, it's yours. You've got a handle on things here so I'm heading back on an early afternoon flight, though if you do need me, it's a simple enough matter to get one back or wherever you need me.

I hope your flight back is nice and easy, and I'll call you once I'm home. I don't have a handle on anything, but I can fake it a good game. He hadn't changed anything in their bedroom, it was really eerie. It's done now, all of it.

It should be. There was still a few first class seats open so I splurged for some queenly time where I don't have brats kicking the back of my seat for the cross country flight.

I know, and it's probably for the best that you get some time alone or alone with Jean and we both get some cool down time. As you said before, he's with your mom now.

I splurged for first class seats for the trip to Japan, mainly because I've never flown first class before. I feel somewhat decadent, sad as that may seem.

Yeah, probably. Look, I think I've made it pretty obvious that I have no idea what's best for me right now, but I can't have people holding my hand and pulling me along or holding my hair back while I puke...so thanks for helping me realize that. Maybe I'll find zen while I'm gone and come back different.

I'm not upset... money is seldom on my mind and never a problem for us, I understand.

For now. However, if you don't take the chance you'll never know where it might lead.
