f'aw this was filled with much sad making.

She closes her eyes. She twists strands around her fingers and pretends that someone's tugging her hair. She laughs and throws sand since she doesn't have small black seeds to spit. She holds an imaginary icecream out to an expectant hand. this part, and that very last sentence broke my heart in the best way.

there is so much forgetting in kingdom hearts. ;-; i just try to tell myself that the memories are still there, even if they're out of reach.
