Hii.. This is kind of awkward for me since I'm dreadfully shy, but I noticed that you were new to LJ so I decided to drop by to welcome you! :D

LJ is fun and all, and more importantly, I hope you make fantastic friends here in the future. =) Dance class, huh? What type of dance? :D

Hmm... let's see. That class is a belly dancing class, but I also take modern/jazz during the school day (it's an elective). My teacher adds a pinch of ballet, African and various styles.

Belly dancing? :O THAT IS FULL OF AWESOME! I've always loved watching it (I can't dance at all XD) when other people belly dance, and it's really cool. I've no clue how to do it, ha. I wish we had dance classes in my school!

Belly dancing is reallysuperawesome!fun, but I can't say I'm very good at it. It's so hypnotizing to watch... but it really doesn't feel that way. (Especially on a full stomach. Yuck.) I'm much better with modern/jazz only because I've spent a longer time with it. My school's pretty big and advocates liberal/hippie/variety stuff so that's probably why we have dance classes open.
