oh... sigh... it's a long story. has to do with taking my thesis work that I poured my mind, soul, and body into, and summing it up to a self-aggrandizing smug semi-dismissal note by an ex boyfriend of mine, that perhaps I would see as oh-so-clever, understanding, sensitive, and supportive (but really it felt more like self-serving plagiarism, and made me nauseous)(I really felt that I needed to be credited under the email in a footnote or endnote!!! not kidding)
