Discussion-y post: What's Your Headcanon?
The more time I spend in this fandom, the more I realise I have a set of impossible to prove, but nearly as impossible to Joss conspiracy theories about our show's main cast.
I don't mean Serious Character Revelations, like Prentiss and Jordon were secretly sleeping together during her entire run on the show, or that the Hotch/Foyet scenes at the beginning of this season really did carry the connotation a lot of people think they did. I'm talking about base assumptions. Like, how in my head Spencer Reid hates crying in front of other people, even though he does get weepy every so often. Or my unshakable belief that Emily Prentiss lives off those upscale salads you can buy at fancy grocery stores, but has at least one gourmet food blog bookmarked on her home computer.
So basically, I'm wondering this: What do you know in your head to be completely, 100% true about these characters outside of the stated canon? What's your character conspiracy theory?
