criminalxminds’ winter comment-a-thon!
Welcome to criminalxminds’ first ever comment-a-thon, where anyone can request anything and you any fill any prompt, without any time constraints or obligations.
How this works:
1. You post a request. You may request any kind of fanwork (fic, icons, wallpapers, fanmix, etc.) and you may request more than one thing, but do keep it within reasonable limits. You’re probably not going to receive everything you requested, but you will get some of it. Prompts should focus on Criminal Minds, but crossovers are allowed. You can request anything, but keep in mind that this isn’t a kink or an anon meme and anon comments are not allowed.
How to request: Please keep all of your requests in one comment. However if you realize there’s something your really want you may post a second comment or edit your first comment.
2. Fill someone’s request. You are not obligated to fill a request if you leave one (and I’ve no way of making you), but it is strongly encouraged. Actually, if you want to fill more than one request, no one is stopping you! You are also encouraged to pick up prompt/request from people who have not had any fills yet. Ideally, everyone would get something.
How to fill: Your request fill should go in a reply to the original comment. If you’re writing fic, your fic can go directly in the reply comment or you may link to your own journal/fic comm. In either case please use a header that contains title, author, rating, a short summary and any necessary warnings. If you’re doing art, you may post icons and small graphics (or thumbnails) directly in your reply comment. However, anything with a rating above R (or M) should be linked, with an appropriate warning beforehand
3. Have fun! And don’t forget to pimp! Pimp this anywhere else you would like. More people, more fun! (first request: pimping baners)
There is no time limit on this, ideally this will go on for most of December, but you may come back and post a fill at any time afterwards. Keep in mind that requests made later may not get filled.
There may be spoilers for the latest episodes in the requests or the fills, so thread carefully.
