DUDE SERIOUSLY. i was expecting to be all EEE KON/TIM ('cause i'm a huge second-gen super/bat shipper) but garth/kon was so... idk. it wasn't like, OBVIOUS, but i was watching and then suddenly it was like OH WOW THESE TWO KINDA WORK.
i am so confused by who is who. i do really enjoy YJ, but i think i'm still working on trying to divorce it from the comics. i thought it might be wally and dick (since jason was dead around that time), but the fact that those two are so young when roy and garth are so much older confused the crap outta me.
(did you read the comics too? i love cartoon!superboy already, but i do kinda hope that he'll have moments of DERP like in the first superboy comics. yanno, the ones where he was the ~KING OF HAWAII~ and went cruising for chicks.)
It was subtle...but not subtle enough! When Aqualad convinced Superboy to help them with his wonderful words of telepathic persuasion, I was sold. Ohohohooo~
I could handle the age differences, but I didn't really get where the timeline for YJ disappeared to, especially when Robin commented about how crowded the batcave was getting. LOL. Robin can see into the future...of the batcave ~woooo~ It's a new awesome superpower like his Robin-hack faces.
Oh man! I do wish I read the comics, but I haven't. :( But I know what you're talking about with the Hawaii and the chicks stuff. LOL.

dude, seriously. i don't mind it all, the show's looking to be really good, but i'm confused as to the executive decisions to make certain things happen. like, why miss martian? it looks like they've decided to get aspects of the old teen titans, mix it in with bits of the new teen titans, and add just a sprinkling of YJ (like robin dressed up as alvin draper skjgbkasdh), and call it young justice.
you totally should see if you can torrent an issue of the older superboy comics someday! he was SUCH a dork, it was adorable. sometimes i miss seeing the hormonal, rumpled teenager-- not just superman jr. that was what the YJ comics were all about-- superpowered teenagers being teenagers.
(speaking of superpowered, i am still baffled as to why they decided to clone robin. seriously.)
DUDE! I NEED TO WATCH THIS SHOW. It seemed pretty awesome from what I could hear/see, and you like so that's a bonus. :D Unfortunately unless they stream it online I don't know if I'll be able to keep up.
