My Number One Hated Trope of All Time Has Returned! Free will, you don't have it anymore! Whee.

I second your "Whee" and hold up my sarcasm sign.

Ugh. It's so annoying. If there were a rehab for TV writers who fall back on the same annoying trope over and over, she should check in.

Still really enjoying Grey's Anatomy, although I agree on Jackson and April's storylines. Yaaaawn. But I concur on Christina. XD

Oh man, TVD. I want to stick with it, I do, and so far I am, but I'm so miffed about the exact things you mentioned. :I Which is sad, because I used to be pretty into it.

LOST GIRL. SHAMELESS. THE KILLING. HAVEN. :DDDD

I feel like ever since the lawsuit was over it got better, but then the hospital closing/purchase storyline kind of starting to take its place. I'm just glad all that's over!

Me too! I really want it to be good again like s1&s2. The golden age!

I'LL SEE YOUR CAPS LOCK! AND RAISE YOU!

Hart of Dixie is on tonight! Thanks for reminding me. I'm so not understanding Wade right now. I'm also getting so caught up in writing I forget TV still marches on. And I have to catch the second episode of Orphan Black and see how that goes.

You're rewatching BSG! First two seasons are the best. Enjoy!

I can't wait for HoD. It's just pure enjoyment for me. Even the Wade stuff. I get it. He had that whole "I'm not good enough for her or anyone so fuck it all" moment. I like that he screwed up even though I am slightly terrified it will ruin him and Zoe forever... but I'm hoping not. I LOVE Tansey and George actually. They found a way to make George not-boring. SHOCK OF SHOCKS.

I hope you like OB. It's keeping me on the edge of my seat for sure!

They really are the best. MAN. GOOD TV WAS GOOD.

In 100% agreement on TVD. (Though I'm a few episodes behind, because ugh.) TBH I find this variation of 'no free will' even worse than the ones that came before it, and the ones that came before it were bad.

Revenge....there was something earlier this season that was just like "no, I'm quitting, this is just bad," but for some reason I'm still watching it. And enjoying it again, but it's not the AMAZING TV that I thought it was toward the beginning of the first season. Still annoying of your mother to delete the episodes before you got the chance to watch them! :(

Lost Girl.......I had vowed to quit after last season, and unlike Revenge I actually did. But hearing about Tasmin makes me wonder if I should give it a shot? Do she and Bo actually have chemistry? I hated Bo/Lauren so bad (even though, or perhaps especially, because I wanted a queer 'ship), but I know you did too, and you are saying good things about Tasmin, so....

Yeah it's pretty bad when it outdoes itself on that particular front. Just when you think it isn't possible...

See, I feel like right now there's no way I could go back. My mom wasn't understanding how I was in bed asleep by 8:30 PM every night. She legit thought I had watched them. It was an accident. But still, she could have asked first, ahahah.

Tamsin could have chemistry with a brick wall, yo. (Unlike Lauren, who is so forced. I legit do not comprehend why the fandom loves her so much and fangirls Zoie so much. I am sure she's a nice person, I just can't stand her mechanical/forced acting. Blahhhh.) Anyway, Tamsin alone is worth the price of admission for season three. That and Vex there in the beginning who I LOVED SO MUCH. (He better be back soon!) GIVE IT A SHOT. Tamsin will knock your socks off.

But couldn't you get them off the website? or netflix or an eztv torrent or whatever?

(Unlike Lauren, who is so forced. I legit do not comprehend why the fandom loves her so much and fangirls Zoie so much. I am sure she's a nice person, I just can't stand her mechanical/forced acting. Blahhhh.)I don't know, it seemed like half the problem was Zoie and half was Anna. I didn't really think Bo had that much chemistry with anyone, but with Lauren it was even worse. And I thought Lauren/Nadia was....well, not amazing, but a LOT better than Lauren/Bo. ...........................Do people other than lesbian-fetishizing straight dudes like Lauren? Coz that would be a plausible reason ( ... )

Well my interest in catching up has dwindled to practically nothing, the ABC website only has the most recently aired eps, not the whole season, and I just don't have time to download them regularly. Shameless, which I love like burning, is another show I am behind on but I don't have showtime so I have to download them, which I haven't had a chance to do, so I haven't even had a chance to watch that show. :(

Yeah I didn't see a problem with Bo having chemistry with peeps. Check out tumblr, TONS of people other than lesbian-fetishizing straight dudes like Lauren. I don't get it and I know I never will. (Just like I never got all the Juliet love on LOST. Who I had similar problems with.)

Yeah I always thought she was lighter than light. She chose humans didn't she? And she's got Kenz. But now she's much more balanced that way. Tamsin is worth the investment. Trust me.

I doubt that it's even halfway real to begin with. I remember Rose laughing and being like "oh yeah, I'll turn mine off if you turn yours off" *eyeroll* I don't even remember when they mentioned in canon that the supposed switch "dulls" over time. I think it's an excuse for bad behavior. Whenever we've supposedly seen Damon turn off his switch, he was always acting out. It was a temper tantrum is what it was. The exact opposite of turning your emotions off. It was turning them up to full blast. (And then crying about it afterward.) It's a stupid plot device and I am so irritated that it hasn't just died. It takes away the consequences for all of the characters, as much as they hand wave them already, we don't need that adding to it. And without consequences, what's the point? Grr ( ... )

You really are awful! That's... wow. I don't know. Haha. I'll start with the links you've provided here. Seems like a good jumping off point.

I think I'll start with that Aria/Ezra big because I'm intrigued now.
