A little help?

I'm trying to install a game I bought recently ("Treasure Plante: Battle at Procyon" [hey, it's a ship battle... and in space. Can't lose]), but everytime I try to install it, I get an error message saying

Well, I just tracked down customer support for the game, in search of an FAQ, and got a 404 error as soon I found it. Doh't!

Ok, I tested it on someone else's computer, and it worked no problem, so I guess the problem is with my machine...
