Um. Exactly one year ago my university of choice sent me an email (to my school email that I apparently haven't checked in a while) asking if I was going to go to any classes or not, seeing as I accepted their offer of admission. I never registered, I just applied and was accepted

honestly? I'd only bring it up if it NEEDS to come up, and then just the "bad case of tumour" should be a pretty decent explanation....In my opinion anyways :P

I don't know that you should respond to the email right now. You might ask your high school counselor who should still be able to give advice.

If you live near the college, making an appointment with someone in admissions is good; in-person conversations mean a lot more than email ones in many cases.

I've been out of college for awhile-so no counsilors to speak with. And alas, the university is a couple of hours away.

I'm thinking I'll bring it up if and when I reapply.
