-The crazy 'verse in Star Trek DS9 with mirror versions of all the characters was awesome. I actually kind of wish the whole show were set there even though I like DS9.
-honorable mention to the Buffy wishverse (vamp!Willow FTW), and possibly also the multiple possible timelines created by all the timejumping on Sarah Connor Chronicles (if that counts)
-I tend to think it-was-all-a-dream episodes are horrible, so most of those would be on worst-episodes-ever for my personal list. JMHO,YMMV

I don't know if you watched Enterprise, but they did several episodes just in the Mirrorverse. They even had a new darker opening sequence that was really cool.
As for my fav.....I really like future "warning" type episodes, the darker and more twisted the characters the better. I don't know if I can pick just one.
I didn't realize there was 2 until I wiki'd it to make sure I was thinking of the right thing? (I only remember the cartoon - au wolvie/storm was so cute)
i liked both honestly....they both had interesting moments. however, wolverine blasted by a sentinal so that he's only his skelleton and a few bits of living matter was cool/disturbing!
