How could you possibly think people wouldn't want to squee all over this one?? You've done such a good job on Gelmir; it takes a lot of skill and devotion to make an OC this lovable and yet retain the spirit of the book and the original characters.

I remember that you were writing this story during a very stressful period, and you should double-congratulate yourself on getting it done, and on ending it the way you did. I love coming back to this story and re-reading it...it's really sweet (if this can be said about a Denethor story at all)! You really are a great writer :)

Thanks roh_wyn! Yes, I wanted to make sure all of my solo fic was on Livejournal, so I needed to post a few stories that had only been posted to archives in the past.
