My cousin Nicholas committed suicide earlier today, I'm told.  He was 25 and just out of art school.  No one knows how or why yet, but those things don't matter.

In case you're like me and don't usually watch TV, you probably don't know that the CW is starting a GossipGirl series in fall.  GossipGirl is the best, worst, juiciest, most ridiculous chick lit series about New York high society in the history of the world.  Oh my god.  So excited.
