what will dexter see upon touching your character? uh anything i guess I can't really think of anything in particular. His drug abuse, maybe? and maybe flashes of all the hundreds of cases he's been on.
are there any relevant objects he might touch / what would he see then? Hrrrn not particularily. :( He didn't bring over anything with him.
can dexter hack your character's posts and encryptions? M-maybe...? Sherlock uses book-code for his really sekkrit stuff, so you can't hack that, unless dexter managed to find out what book sherlock was using for the code. Basically, if anything comes up, just ask, and I'm sure we can plot around it. :)
is there anything bad or off about your character dexter might sense? He's a 'high functioning sociopath' but he's not dangerous in the evil sense. He's not very empathetic, though. And despite everyone's beliefs to the contrary, he does have a heart.

what will dexter see upon touching your character? A life lived under duress. Kidnapping a lot. Megamind and Metro Man are prominient, Hal/Titan is a current personal nightmare.

is there anything bad or off about your character dexter might sense? Nope. In fact, Roxanne is very stable and is one of those 'believes in the inherent good of all people'. However, her powers and his are -- very similar and may interact? Ping me about this if needed.

what will dexter see upon touching your character? Depends on if Occulumnecy will interfere; if not; years of abuse at his father's hands, torment during school, bad life choices, a pretty red haired girl, death that he failed to prevent, swarms of children, people who hated him but worked with him anyway, and death by snake.
are there any relevant objects he might touch / what would he see then? Wand -- good luck getting your hands on it. Potions would indicate their creation,t heir use -- his joy and pride in making them.
can dexter hack your character's posts and encryptions? Yes.
is there anything bad or off about your character dexter might sense? He's a bad man who has done bad things, and a good man who has done good things. He does what needs doing and damns the cost. Also, killed Albus but not without mercy and regret.

what will dexter see upon touching your character? Leadership, a team - Shepard's, his own, and then Shepard's again. Lots of combat. Military and law enforcement service. A sense of justice frustrated by red tape.
are there any relevant objects he might touch / what would he see then? Sniper rifle, armor - those have seen the fight to save the universe, so anything from Collectors to Reapers to ...well, anything else in canon that he might've fought or shot, as well as cop-action in the city (as he's joined the force again.)
can dexter hack your character's posts and encryptions? No. Garrus is from the futre~~~ and will be using very advanced computer work.
is there anything bad or off about your character dexter might sense? Lots of guilt about people dying on his watch, concern it may happen again.

what will dexter see upon touching your character? Stuff from the City, stuff from his past - possibly quite a few goblins, including one in a red cloak, and a walking, talking skeleton. Nothing about what the Monster is. Possibly a shirtless bald east Asian man with a dark blue beard, scars and a fierce determination in his eyes.
are there any relevant objects he might touch / what would he see then? Stuff from the city, his bright pink umbrella. Pretty much the same.
can dexter hack your character's posts and encryptions? Sure!
is there anything bad or off about your character dexter might sense? Possibly has eaten people (he is a monster), although this is unclear? He might give off minor bad vibes, but he doesn't have a lot of ill intent so it might mitigate it.
