This was one of the more interesting mpreg stories i've read. Haven't read one with a religious content as part of the story. Thought you handled it really well and thorough. The only part i didn't enjoy was the, what i considered, insensitive remark from the dr. they brought in to deliver the baby:

That's the only reason she's being careful? I'm surprised Bobby didn't comment on it.
