Summery: Humans have a way of tainting the truth. The truth, as it happened, was that Narcissus had the misfortune of meeting Youko Kurama.

Because sometimes, going back into a hostile situations was a sure fire way to get yourself killed.

Which would explain why Youko never went back for Kuronue when he was killed. Nice.

Sex or no sex, I love your writing. And there isn't enough Youko/Kuro Hiest! ficcage out there. The concept of looking into the sarcophogas and getting trapped within it was pretty fucking creative, and I loved how you used Kuro's wings. There are alwasy props for wing use.

But a pissed off Youko? Maaaaaaaannnnnnn....you wrote that so well.

I always thought that if anyone could reduce a palace to the ground, it would be Youko.

I like writing their adventures, there is so much territory to explore, so much to be explained.

This was a very well written adventure story. I liked how you had it from Kuro's POV, too. Because there are far too few of those online. The end part about Youko being part god was a nice touch, as well. You had one of the best ways of bringing that out that I've read yet. Wonderful job as always! You really don't have to write porn. You're still amazing.

This paragraph had a bit of a repetitive nature I though I should point out:
as he pondered whether or not he should break Youko’s trust by going back for him: and run the risk of fucking whatever plan Youko had formulated right up, endanger himself, endanger the loot, and generally make his and Youko’s lives miserable. Or, he could: act the hero and rescue Youko, or simply sit here, in the rain, and wait.
I guess you'll see it because it's really hard for me to explain it.
