So - I'm not really ready to discuss my living situation, especially since there's nothing really TO discuss - it's over and done with. My girlfriend turned out to be just my roommate, I heard about it third-hand from apologetic people who didn't want to upset me but felt I had a right to know, and it's all a moot point because I'm done with it

Seriously, though, I'm happy to see you moving on - not just with the situation at home, but with putting yourself out there and playing more. I was there that first night when things didn't go as you'd planned, and my heart hurt for you. I'd been there myself. J. and I were standing back trying to decide if we should go over and talk to you, but someone stepped in before we did, and it was someone we knew would be good for you to talk with, so we didn't. I'm happy we didn't now, because that was the beginning of a beautiful friendship for you. :)
I hope that things continue to get better for you in all aspects of your life. :)

Yes, things didn't work out the way I thought they would... and yet, other twists and turns lie in the road ahead. Sometimes even when you're not on the right road, you still end up where you needed to be. :j
Thank you, and I also hope things in your life improve, blossoming and growing into more than they once were. :)

Oh, and while I'm thinking about it, if you're ever in need of transportation to the dungeon, please let us know. If we're coming, we'd be happy to pick you up or take you home. I'm sure you probably have that covered with all the people who live nearby, but I thought I'd throw it out there just in case. I hate to see you get stuck at home for no good reason. :)

I've actually been taking a short respite from the dungeon to collect my thoughts and refocus my energies. It may have been a success - we'll see in a week or two. :j
