You can only fly when you are willing to let go...

The weekend before this last one, I had been standing around at the dungeon, wishing I'd brought my toybag. Not sure why, just had the feeling that I was done being just a spectator - that my time was coming where I'd be taking action, doing things, playing... having fun with it! And while we did end up having a blast that weekend, the feeling ( Read more... )

soft smile.... all it takes is the first baby step, then keep taking each one as it comes along, before you know it, when you look back, you will have gone a long way towards your goal. I can see your growth from the first time you stepped foot in the center. :)

I am proud of you!! As for toys, they don't have to be anything special or expensive. Over planning a scene, in my opinion, just ruins it. Being spontanious, and letting it happen as you go along, Priceless.

I can help with some fairly inexpensive toys. Most of what I have was either gifted to me (by a very special sub), purchased at auction, or made by someone I know.

And it was very good to see you at least step out and try, and even better to know your limitations and ask for advice and guidance, rather than pretending to know it all, and hurting someone.

It wasn't big and fancy, it wasn't spectacular - but it didn't have to be.

It never has to be. There's only two people who need to be satisfied with what happened - you and the bottom involved. Fuck what anyone else thinks. I don't play to an audience, and won't. I play for myself and my bottom. If someone enjoys watching, good for them. If they don't enjoy watching, well, sorry fer yer bad luck is all I can say.

Never worry about how your play looks to others. It's a waste of time, and you are learning, quite rapidly, I might add. And of course, if someone doesn't like the way you play and they feel the need to unburden their soul of it, they can always come talk to me. I'm sure they won't feel that need more than once. Not good to poke Mama Badger with spoons =)
