She affected me too, baby!liam021471January 14 2008, 15:18:36 UTC
If you had been in the lane next to her, I would have at least pulled out the $2 I did have on me and give them to her. She did look really sad.
Yes, money is tight all over. That you cared this much about her situation is part of the reason I love you so very much.
Never EVER be afraid to show how you feel. I've never even seen you cry in person. I know you've seen me blubber plenty, even though I've sworn to try not to in front of you anymore.

Thank you, and your fine with crying in front of me, I like that in a guy as well. You don't need to swear to not do that anymore in front of me, I would never, never make you feel bad or make fun of you for that. Its real sweet you do that and have emotions. That is why I love you too this much as well.!
Oh its fine, you can do it all you want. I will just have to let go my emotions too and just let it all out as well. I think its good to do that, as it does not let you bottle up your feelings and all! :-)
Living in the city with the most homeless I can relate. However, I have money problems all the time but I work. Anyone can find a job doing anything! Mental illness plagues many of the homeless so maybe they can't work though. But many aren't ill, they just choose to make money from other people- those I have no emotion for.
I agree David and understand what you are saying. I feel bad for the ones who are mentally ill and who cannot work. I agree if you can work, then you should be able to and not pan handle off others. I don't feel alot for them either.
I guess we all had these thoughts going through our heads... but didn't want to express them! I know I thought back to a few horrible times in my own past... one of which was when I was living out of my car in Columbus for a few weeks. There's nothing like the feeling of waking up in your car in the parking lot of your employer... watching the sun rise and wondering what will happen next...
All three of us try to laugh things off, but sometimes, it's good to let things out. You should know by now that neither of us would think you were foolish for expressing your feelings, sweetie.
I think the vast majority of Americans are one paycheck away right now. These are hard times, even if no one wants to admit it. Still, it's moments like that which make you grateful for what you do have... while you have it! *huge hugs*
I understand and feel bad you had to go through all that!! I agree it is tough times and we all have alot of problems, but I know it takes images like that to make one realize what you have. I know about how we try to laugh things off and its wrong sometimes. I know I do have a serious side of me and should let it out more. I thank you and Bill for understanding me and am getting better and more courage to let my feeling show more. Hugs Huggs!

I guess it's just an embarrassment thing. I don't like feeling like I can't control myself.
If we were both crying in front of each other, then I wouldn't even worry about it.
You're so good at putting on a brave face, I need to learn how to do that.

That's why wedding vows include sickness and health, richer or poorer. When love is truly involved, all that applies!
In the past I know you've only found guys who wanted you for money.
I want you for you, and perhaps that's proving more difficult to give than mere material things. But the rewards of giving that are SO much greater!
I am by your side because I want to be. I love you!
