Genre Swap - One Tree Hill as horror for tvrealm
This is my entry for the genre swap challenge at tvrealm. I've been watching lots of horror movies this month and I've been wanting to do this genre swap ever since I saw the genre swap/au meme on tumblr but no one ever gives me anything for those memes. So this is my excuse to do it.
Tree Hill Horror
Tree Hill Horror is about a group of friends, Peyton Sawyer (Hilarie Burton), Brooke Davis (Sophia Bush), Haley James Scott (Bethany Joy Galeotti), Lucas Scott (Chad Michael Murray), and Nathan Scott (James Lafferty), who just graduated high school and decide to take a road trip on their last summer together before they all head off to college. What starts out as a fun-filled summer of drinking, partying, and romance becomes something far worse and far more terrifying than any of them could have imagined when they decide to stop in a small town along the way.
Peyton: I've got the music!
Haley: I've got snacks and drinks.
Nathan: Sounds like we have everything we need.
Nathan: Can we stop in the next town? I'm hungry.
Brooke: Of course you are. [laughs] Anyone else?
Haley: I could eat something.
Peyton: Yeah me too.
Brooke: What about you, Lucas?
Lucas: Sure why not.
[they all look around but find the place seems abandoned]
Peyton: Where is everybody?
Nathan: I don't know but there has to be someone around here.
Lucas: Maybe we should split up. We'll cover more ground that way.
Nathan: That sounds good. Lucas and I will take the school and Brooke, Haley, and Peyton why don't you check out the rest of this place. We'll meet back here in an hour.
Lucas: You go that way and I'll go this way.
Nathan: Sounds good. [heads down the hallway]
Lucas: [sees the blood on the floor] What happened here?
Peyton: [smiles] You have no idea how good it is to see someone.
[the guy just stares at her]
Peyton: Are you okay?
Killer: You shouldn't have come here.
[Peyton freezes in fear when they guy grabs her]
Killer: I'm gonna have so much fun with you.
[Peyton knees him in the crotch then runs into the house]
Killer: Bitch! You can't hide from me.
Peyton: Leave me alone!
[Peyton screams and runs up the stairs when he breaks in]
[Brooke walks into the house]
Brooke: Hello? Is anyone here?
[Brooke wanders down to the basement]
Brooke: Peyton?
Peyton: Brooke! Behind you!
[Brooke turns around only to be grabbed by the killer]
Brooke & Peyton: Help!
Killer: Silly girls. No one can hear you. That is unless you have other friends hiding in this town. [leans up close to Peyton] You don't, do you?
Peyton: No. It's just us.
Killer: Now why don't I believe you.
Brooke: She's right. It's just us.
Killer: I still don't believe you but don't worry I'll take care of them later. [pulls out a knife and puts it to Brooke's throat]
Brooke: Oh god.
Peyton: Why are you doing this?
Killer: Why? You wanna know why?
Peyton: Yes.
Killer: [avoids the question] I'll be back. Now don't try anything.
[they wait until he's out of sight]
Brooke: Get me out of these.
Killer: Where did you bitches go?
[Peyton kicks him down the stairs]
Brooke: [follows Peyton down the stairs] Careful Peyton. He's gonna lunge. They always lunge.
[The girls scream when he does just that]
Brooke: Come on Peyton. Let's go find the others and get out of this town.
Peyton: Good idea.
