I TOLD you this was interesting. And it just got more so. I wasn't expecting the whole Sudanese connection. Alex is going to have to brush up on civil law, although I'm sure she'll be just as savvy as she is in criminal court.

I'm REALLY glad it's interesting for you! And it's helpful feedback. On the show there are tons of international plot lines/human rights abuse plot lines, and I know a little about Sudan, so, ta da ;) I'm actually basing Eve and Isaac off of two people I met, although the woman was much more traumatized than Eve.

I also see Alex as a humanitarian-in-the-making on the show, so I want to build that into her character here. So is Olivia, just in different ways. Thanks for reading :)
